These terms govern use of the Moonshot Labs website, its applications, and its text messaging program. By using any of them you agree to these terms.
Moonshot Labs operates an internal SMS notification service that delivers automated operational alerts about privately owned server infrastructure to the operator of that infrastructure. Consent, enrolment, and withdrawal are described in full in the Messaging Program & Consent document.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on network conditions outside the control of Moonshot Labs. These alerts must not be relied upon as the sole safeguard for any system.
Moonshot Labs websites and applications are provided for their intended purpose. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, interfere with service operation, or use any service for unlawful purposes.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Moonshot Labs does not warrant that any service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonshot Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, any service — including any missed, delayed, or undelivered notification.
